BESPOKE TOURS

What does bespoke actually mean?

Bespoke is a word thrown around a lot these days, but what does it really mean? The Mirriam-Webster dictionary defines it to mean “dealing in or producing custom-made articles.

To us at New Zealand Adventure Guides, bespoke means working with our guests to design and offer a personalized itinerary that excites them because they get to do exactly what they want to do, with the level of accommodation, food  and comfort that they expect. The exceptional level of service that we provide on all our tours is an added bonus.

If you’re looking for the flexibility to create your own personalized experience in New Zealand we can work with you to come up with a truly bespoke New Zealand tour.

New Zealand Adventure Guides was like having a family member taking lead of bespoke fun, learning, culture, food & wine, and safety. We loved our 12-day excursion of discovery on New Zealand’s South Island, seeking a comfortable, active adventure. Our guide Adrian was thoroughly prepared for the journey. Our nightly cocktail hour briefing was a way to reflect on the day’s accomplishments and set our sights to the next day’s adventure. Preparation enables inspiration and when weather affected our itinerary New Zealand Adventure Guides was prepared with uncompromising options for an alternative excursion. We hiked nearly every day on a variety of scenic trails, kayaked in Abel Tasman, rafted the Buller river, overnighted on a boat in Milford Sound, visited the remote Siberia Valley, jet boated, heli’d Franz Joseph (weather impacted hiking), and finished with Bungy jumping in Queenstown. What really sunk in was how well our guide Adrian got to know everyone in the family. As a result, New Zealand Adventure Guides set wonderful expectations for all our activities and ad hoc exploring. We saw much and know we have much more to explore in New Zealand, and New Zealand Adventure Guides is the outfitter we would trust for our most treasured family moments.
